When you use the Rafta app, we collect your name, email address, and business information. Product, stock, and transaction data you enter within the app belongs solely to you.
Collected data is used solely to provide the service, manage your account, and send notifications. Your data is never shared with or sold to third parties.
All data is stored encrypted on Google Firebase infrastructure (Europe-West3 region). Unauthorized access is prevented through Firebase Authentication and Firestore Security Rules.
The web panel uses authentication tokens for session management. These tokens are not used for third-party tracking purposes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data. To do so, please send an email to destek@rafta.app.
